Visa Information

Visas are required for all foreigners entering the United States unless they are from a country that participates in the Visa Waiver Program. Further information is available at

Travellers seeking to travel to the USA under the Visa Waiver Program must apply for travel authorization through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization. Please click ► here for further information and to fill out an application form. Please note, your application must be approved prior to your entering the USA.

Please note, airport authorities do not issue visas and you will have to apply for a visa in advance. For the purposes of the ICEF North America Workshop - Miami 2014 you will need to apply for a B-1 visa, a non-immigrant visa, designed for persons who want to enter the United States on a temporary basis for business purposes.

Please contact your local US consulate / embassy and enquire about visa regulations for your particular country and how to obtain a visa. If you would like to apply for a business visa, you will need an invitation letter. Please contact Ms Cornelia Wojcik for details.

Important: ICEF can only provide you with a letter of invitation for the duration of the workshop (December 08 - 11, 2014). Deadline for invitation letter requests is November 07, 2014.

Please check regulations with the respective embassy well aheadbefore travelling. To find out more about country-respective visa requirements visit the following website
